President and Founder

Michelle is a seasoned leader in public relations, events, and marketing communications, with a strong focus on the technology sector. Her strategic mindset and results-driven approach have helped shape the success of companies in cutting-edge fields like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Embedded Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Intellectual Property (IP), and Semiconductors. Over her career, Michelle has expertly led public relations and integrated marketing campaigns for multiple high-profile product and company launches, while also managing both live and virtual events and trade show programs.

With a proven track record that includes overseeing PR and marketing efforts for two IPOs and more than 24 acquisitions, Michelle’s impact is wide-reaching. She boasts an extensive global network within the editorial community, private sector, and academia, which has proven invaluable in amplifying her clients’ visibility and success.

Before her role at Cayenne Global, Michelle led Cayenne Communications for 15 years and held significant public relations and marketing roles at Mentor Graphics, Avant!, and Fujitsu. She has also demonstrated long-term leadership in the electronics industry, serving as the Publicity and Marketing Chairperson for DAC, the Chips to Systems Conference (formerly known as the Design Automation Conference) since 2010. In this role, she has organized impactful tech talks and panels and served on the SEMICON West liaison council.

Michelle's contributions to the industry have earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious 2022 Marie R. Pistilli Women in Electronic Design Award, which honors individuals who have significantly advanced women in the field. She was also recognized with the 2018 ACM Distinguished Service Award and recently was nominated a finalist for the Women Leaders in Electronics Award, presented by Electronics Weekly. In addition, she has served on the EDAC PR council and provided PR leadership for DesignCon West from 2002 to 2010.

Stephanie began working in Marketing Communications with Mentor Graphics. While there, she worked on multiple aspects of marketing including product, partner and communications projects. After gaining experience as a marketer, Stephanie decided to pursue a lifelong dream of running a restaurant. She became a managing partner for a casual dining restaurant in the Bay Area where she successfully opened two brand new locations in evolving markets, was responsible for training all manner of managers and team members, and testing culinary rollouts within her region. Her 12-year tenure in the restaurant industry gave her the opportunity to wear many hats each day through execution of daily operations, profit and loss management, and the fostering of exceptional guest experiences.

Liz is a key member of the Cayenne Global team, where she develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating engaging content and utilizing analytics to drive data-informed decisions. Her educational background from UNC-Chapel Hill's Hussman School of Journalism and Media, combined with previous experience in the field of social work, has honed her skills in understanding how people think, communicate, and work—abilities she applies daily in her marketing strategies.

Liz excels in collaborating across departments, managing external relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends. Her expertise spans social media management, branding strategy & consistency, SEO optimization, PPC/display advertising, and trade show coordination. With a proactive approach, Liz delivers results that align with the clients' marketing goals.
